  - Fermar shuttering panels are mixed boards of steel and wood. That is to say: a steel framework ST-37 with a wooden board, that wood is specially treated with melamine, which moulds with the concrete.
  - It comply the regulation DIN 68791. The whole produces a completely flat surface. They are designed for a concrete pressure of 5Tn/m2.
  - The elements of the system allow them to adapt to small brickwork and to large building work as well.
  - FERMAR NESS shuttering is entirely manufactured in our factory of Saragossa (SPAIN), due to its good relationship quality-price, puts a technology, reserved for big building companies until now, within the reach of small and medium building companies.

The versatility is based on three facts:
      - The largest panel (2700x900) can be moved by hand, making possible access through difficult places in small works.
      - The system allows the formation of large panels up to 25 m2 transportable by crane by means of the hoisting hook.
      - The assembling is easy; you can use pin and wedge or linking clamp. Besides specialized labour is not required, today it is very difficult to find that labour and it is really expensive.

It consists of two series: height, one 270m and another 1.80 m with basis of 0.30, 0.40 and 0.90 m with joints among them in any order and position.
The system of manufacturing makes edges of wood be protected by the steel framework.
Besides, the boards are sealed in the joints. All the holes are jammed with plastic material.On the other hand, these wooden boards are easily interchangeable. This board has a high protection of melamine of 330 gr./m2


The solutions at work are complete: Corners, wall joints in T, variable angles. It is easy to make large panels up to 25m2, obtaining the rigidity by means of the galvanized belts which only need the bolt and the wedge to fix them.
By means of variable compensators, variations are obtained in the desired wall lengths.
Our scaffolding and leaning back brackets increase the operator's safety when using it and make the assembling easier.
